We gladly accept returns and refunds for customers in the United States and internationally.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, or in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please email us at punduds@gmail.com. If your return is approved:
- U.S. customers will receive a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Important Note: Refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- An incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout. (If you contact us before the order ships, we can update it.)
- The wrong size was ordered (however, you may request an exchange).
- A promo code was forgotten at checkout.
- The product has been damaged, altered, or worn.
- More than 30 days have passed since the item was received.
We reserve the right to decline any return at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Lost or Stolen Items
If an item shows delivered in the mail carrier's tracking system, but you haven't received your order:
- Check with neighbors to see if they have your package.
- Check with your local post office to see if they can locate your package.
- Check the address on the order to make sure it is correct.
We are not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Because all of our products are made to order, each item is custom printed specifically for you. If you need a different size, style, or color, we kindly ask that you place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
